Each Grade 10 student is mapped with a unique mentor — a working professional volunteering to guide one child.
Together, the mentor and mentee work on 6 key outputs:
Comprehensive analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
Strategic planning and setting achievable academic and career goals
Regular self-reflection and personal growth documentation
In-depth exploration of various career options and requirements
Direct interaction and learning from industry professionals
Professional resume creation and interview skills development
These outputs collectively help students plan their future comprehensively, while building confidence and clarity.

With a mission to handhold their students till they get decent employment, Claylab focussed on holistic education of students. As it all happened in the middle of the pandemic, most of our programs were started as online spaces and with the time, we narrowed down on 2 flagship initiatives — the Mentorship Program and the School of Entrepreneurship. Together, these have supported thousands of students to build social capital, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial mindsets.
